  Thanks David. I just started on this park and plan on chipping away at it to make it a little nicer. Hope to meet with Parks Department to find out why irrigation is not working, and hopefully plant some flowering shrubs like rosemary or lavender - some neighbors would like that.

  I am involved with keeping the Dimond Business dist, Dimond park and some Caltrans property picked up. Volunteers are the only way to keep our neighbor clean. There needs to be a lot more k though 12 education on the effects of littering and illegal dumping. Check with KOCB adopt a spot and Parks and Rec about the plants and or donations from the neighborhood. Thank you again for your help.
