Description

This car has been parked here for over month. It never leaves except to change sides to not get tickets during street sweeping. The owner of the car deals drugs out of it and let's people inject in it. All the Windows are blocked with cardboard. There are dirty needles all around the car and in the vicinity that get thrown by this person. OPD, drug hotline, and the city have been notified with no action. The car does NOT have licensed plates. The vehicle is not legally on the road. Please address this matter.
